Learn To Skate- Basic Skills Program
A few helpful hints when getting your child ready to get on the ice:
What We Recommend:
Dress in layers and where long sleeves, gloves, and
jackets.
Helmets for Snow-Plow Sam levels.
Leggings or thermal wear for legs.
NO LOOSE CLOTHING
Jeans are NOT recommended.
When you join the Euclid
basic skills program through the rink, the director of that program will
register you with the USFSA as an official USFSA Basic Skills Member. This is
the $12 fee included in the registration cost. You will receive the following
items from the USFSA:
Official Basic Skills Membership Card
Basic Skills Record Book with stickers
Official Basic Skills member patch
Year patch, denoting membership year
Basic Skills merchandise order forms
General information about ice skating
General liability insurance coverage
